TrainWeb's customer service policies. TrainWeb only lists items that we have on hand. When payment is made using a personal or business check, shipment will be made as soon as your check has cleared which is usually less than 3 days for domestic orders. At this time, TrainWeb does not accept credit cards. Our application for a merchant account is currently pending. Once we are able to accept payment via credit card, Credit Card orders will be shipped on the same day or the next business day after we receive your order. If we run out of stock prior to filling your order, we will notify you by e-mail and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. Your order will be automatically cancelled and a refund provided if we can not fill your order within 14 days. Returns: All items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase less shipping charges except for clothing that has been worn. Refunds for purchases made by charge card will be by credit to that charge card. Paying by charge card: Since we normally ship on the same or next day, your card will be charged when you place your order. If you cancel your order or return an item, we will credit the charge card that you used to place your order.
