To the left is the entrance to the Metropolitan Lounge and the reception desk. To the right is the food service area. There are lots of free beverages provided along with muffins or other pastries. Several gourmet coffees are also available as well as many flavors of soft drinks.
The photos in this slide show were taken in the mid-1990's by Steve Grande on his Amtrak travels throughout the nation. The size of the photos is purposely smaller as disk space was expensive and download speeds were slower at that time.
