Reserved Coach Seating on the final Amtrak Desert Wind. Passengers on the train told us that a great number of travelers got off in Las Vegas. There weren't too many people remaining on the train on the final few miles from San Bernardino to Los Angeles.
The photos in this slide show were taken in the mid-1990's by Steve Grande on his Amtrak travels throughout the nation. The size of the photos is purposely smaller as disk space was expensive and download speeds were slower at that time.
