Amtrak employees will introduce their new unconditional
Satisfaction Guarantee for guests -- a first of its kind among U.S.
travel industry providers -- at a major event next week. The guarantee
represents Amtrak's commitment to providing high quality service, a
benchmark of the new, revitalized corporation. The company will also
publicly unveil its new corporate brand identity to employees for the
first time. Both initiatives are part of Amtrak's overall strategic
business plan designed to transform the railroad into a
customer-focused, commercially oriented, and financially viable
