From the adult's point of view, this exciting HO model RR layout is packed with a miniature world of detail.Even the earthquake damaged overpass lies in ruin as the modern Superliner passes by during Fullerton Railroad Days. |
"Someday I want to be an engineer." While attending Fullerton Railroad Days, a young engineer gets a close-up view of the mechanical workings of an O gauge Daylight GS4 steam locomotive. This type of engine pulled Southern Pacific's Coast Daylight, their premier passenger service in the 40's and 50's. With it's matching black passenger cars trimmed in red and orange, she was referred to as one of the most beautiful trains in service. The train carried travelers along the Pacific Coast from Los Angeles to Seattle. |
