The City of Fullerton, and the Fullerton Railway Plaza Association Inc., a 501(c)(3) corporation, invites your organization to be a participant in our second annual two day event called "FULLERTON RAILROAD DAYS" to be held on May 13 and 14, 2000. Advertising is throughout Southern California and in 1999 we attracted over 15,000 people to this youth oriented event that promotes rail safety, recreational railroading including rail travel and the historic connection of Southern California to the Railroads. As an exhibitor or vendor, this event will give you the opportunity to increase public awareness of your organization through your exposure to the broad spectrum of people that attend.

We currently have commitments from BNSF, Amtrak, Metrolink, USPS, Knott's Berry Farm, and several other major exhibitors to participate as they did in 1999 with equal or larger exhibits. We also have several new exhibitors and vendors interested in participating. As in 1999, the FRPA will sponsor its popular, youth oriented, Railroad Safety Poster contest in the local elementary schools. For 2000 we will include private and home elementary schools.

Enclosed you will find both an exhibitors and participants application for Fullerton Railroad Days. A brief overview of the event is also enclosed. If you are a nonprofit, the first 10' x 10' space is free if you do not plan to sell any merchandise. See the enclosed fee schedule for other fees that may apply. If you plan to sell any merchandise, please use the participants application. You may also share a booth with a related organization. Please let us know on the application if that is the case.
