The Barry Howard team will be developing economic studies, plans, and concepts for the Resort. Project elements under consideration include an indoor water park, an Exhibition of Amtrak history, rail access and internal transportation systems, a train-watching tower, event venues, themed dining and shopping, a variety of attractions and links to historic sites in surrounding Northeastern Missouri.
The planning effort will be completed within the next six months.
