Service Recognition Awards

Have you ever received exceptional service from an Amtrak staff member? If so, then please nominate that person to receive the TrainWeb Amtrak Service Recognition Award!

When you nominate someone, please provide their name, their title (i.e., Car Attendant, Chef, Conductor, On-board Service Chief, Cafe Attendant, etc.), the name of the train and then describe the service they performed for you that you believe to be exceptional or beyond the call of duty along with the approximate date.

Nominations will be listed right on this web page! TrainWeb will determine the winners of the awards from the information that you provide. Not everyone will get an award, but all such Amtrak employees deserve and will get recognition for their services on this web page.

Every attempt will be made to locate and present winners with their awards.

Please do not send in negative information about these or any other Amtrak staff members. Awards will be determined only on the basis of positive experiences that passengers have had with the nominees. Problems that you have had with any particular Amtrak staff member should be reported directly to Amtrak. Since TrainWeb cannot substantiate negative information and such information could be harmful to that staff member, such information will not be posted at TrainWeb.
